We will work with you to address the issue, which may include revisions, adjustments, or, at our discretion, a partial or full refund. All refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Upon cancellation, services will continue to be rendered, and the customer’s website will be hosted until the end of the current billing cycle. After the current billing cycle, the customer’s website and information will be deleted, and all services will cease. Prorated refunds for partial months are at Patientli’s sole discretion and will be considered in situations where services do not meet the customer’s reasonable standards.
