Patientli provides website design and marketing services to healthcare practices. Our website themes and designs are the intellectual property of Patientli. Clients who subscribe to our services are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the designed website for their own marketing purposes for the duration of their active subscription. Upon termination of the subscription, the license to use the website design is revoked, and the website may be taken down.

All content provided by the client for use in their website (e.g., text, images, logos) remains the property of the client. However, the design and structure of the website itself, including the layout, templates, and underlying code, remain the exclusive property of Patientli.

3. Intellectual Property:

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Patientli or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from this website without our prior written consent.   

As mentioned above, the website designs created for clients are the intellectual property of Patientli and are licensed to the client for use during their active subscription period.

We do not warrant that our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results will be achieved. We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from the use of our website or services.
